1. Who we are

Simple White Label ("we", "us", "our") is a white-label SEO reporting platform operated by Studio 36 Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is available on request. You can contact us at hello@simplewhitelabel.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: your name and email address when you register for an account.
• Billing data: payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform, collected via server logs and analytics.
• Client data: data you upload or connect on behalf of your clients (domain names, keywords, Google Search Console and GA4 data). This data is processed on your instruction as a data processor.
• Communications: any emails or messages you send us.
• Waitlist data: your email address if you join our waitlist.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and operate the Simple White Label service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, invoices)
• Send you product updates and announcements (you can opt out at any time)
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract: processing necessary to deliver the service you have signed up to.
• Legitimate interests: improving the platform, preventing fraud and abuse, and marketing to existing customers.
• Consent: sending marketing emails to prospective customers (e.g. waitlist members).
• Legal obligation: retaining financial records as required by law.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of third-party processors, each operating under appropriate data processing agreements:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting (EU region)
• Vercel — application hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google — where you connect Google Search Console or GA4, data is retrieved from Google's APIs on your instruction

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after account closure, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by UK law. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@simplewhitelabel.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes we will update this policy and request consent where required.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
