Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simple White Label platform ("Service"), operated by Studio 36 Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Simple White Label provides white-label SEO reporting tools for agencies, including rank tracking, backlink monitoring, AI visibility tracking, and client report generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • We offer a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends without charge.
  • If a payment fails we will notify you and may suspend your account until payment is resolved.
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce the platform
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Exceed client limits imposed by your subscription plan
  • Share your account credentials with third parties outside your agency
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform to other agencies

7. Your data and client data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide your clients' data and for complying with applicable data protection laws in your use of the platform. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle personal data.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described here.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. Rank tracking and third-party data integrations are dependent on external APIs and may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
